AAdina Leti¿ia Negru¿a is Professor at the Faculty of Business in Babes-Bolyai Univeristy, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Her fields of expertise are cross-cultural management, hospitality and tourism management, hotel management and entrepreneurship, wine and restaurant technology. She has published 15 books and over 70 articles in various journals and has presented over 80 papers at various national and international projects, conferences and symposia.  Monica Maria Corö is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business, Babe¿-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She teaches subjects in the areas of management, tourism, and hospitality. Her research covers topics related to destination management organizations, sustainable tourism, rural tourism, entrepreneurship, and SMEs and adds up to over 80 articles, books, and book chapters published in national and international conferences and reputable journals and books.
